I had a mixed experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Grapevine. On one hand, the location was super convenient with good restaurants nearby, and the staff was really accommodating when I needed to change my stay. On the other hand, I faced some issues with the noise from the smoke detector and the front desk didn’t seem too concerned about it. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were solid, but the service could use a little more attentiveness.
